Fundy Freeze-Dried Foods is a Canadian father-daughter business born on the shores of the Bay of Fundy in Saint Martins, New Brunswick — one of the most spectacular places on earth.

Don lives minutes from the famous Saint Martins Sea Caves, where the highest tides in the world carve the coastline twice a day. That sense of adventure, of something extraordinary hiding in plain sight, is exactly what we wanted to bring to your snack drawer.

His daughter Olivia — his business partner and best friend — handles production from Waterloo, Ontario, crafting each batch with care. The logo you see was designed by Olivia's husband, inspired by a photo he took right outside Don's front door. This truly is a family business, from the Bay of Fundy to your doorstep.

Freeze-drying transforms your favourite foods into something completely unexpected — intensely flavourful, satisfyingly crunchy, and unlike anything you've tried before. We started with fruit, because nature already does the hard work — freeze-drying simply locks in that freshness and turns up the flavour. From there we added frozen treats — ice cream, sorbet, and classic summer favourites reimagined into a any-season snack. And of course, candy — because once you try a freeze-dried candy, there's no going back.
